"Benjamin and I worked a very complicated corporate show for an entire week this past January. I was the Technical Director show caller on the show and he was my V1 operating a Spyder X20. The client was very under prepared and continually delivered content and a very loose agenda or script of the show flow, often times moments before the CEO would walk on stage. 

Benjamin's professionalism and expertise made my job easier because he would give me options to choose from with the use of preset video looks. I would call a stand-by for a cue not knowing if that was exactly what our talent on stage would be expecting, Benjamin and I would then talk and have a Plan B ready to go if the talent requested something else or gave us a curve ball. Benjamin's experience truly helped make a flawless show for the client, and made my job easier. I knew that as things were ever changing on the show Benjamin knew what I was looking for and knew how to best meet the needs of the show on a cue by cue basis.

and we could tell by the tone of each others voice what was going on.
